I’m a policy expert with over 10 years of experience (7+ at OECD) in helping governments, businesses and NGOs drive social change and combat inequality. From advising on social economy policy interventions to leading international teams, I am passionate about fostering lasting impact. I’ve managed large-scale projects, published policy reports and guided leaders from all over the world in recognising and measuring social impact.
I conduct research for policy improvement, develop toolkits and create strategic resources for social enterprises and their intermediaries.
I design and deliver workshops, policy events and networking sessions to support social innovators and ecosystem stakeholders
I coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, manage timelines, assess performance metrics and ensure projects are delivered within budget, within scope and on-time.
I develop and shape project ideas, write grant proposals, conduct funder research and evaluate project proposals on behalf of institutions like the OECD or the European Commission.

Whenever colleagues knew that I have been working with Natalie, they have always been a bit jealous and suggested how lucky I was. Indeed, Natalie has strengthened the team with her unique set of skills, including the tech-savvy knowledge, delivery-focus, multitasking and excellent project management. As project manager Natalie delivers under tight deadlines, in complex set-ups and extremely demanding environments. She also coordinated several colleagues, providing them guidance on how to improve and how to perform better. I would be really happy to work with Natalie again in the future.
